The National Landlord Investment Show’s summer spectacular takes place in London on July 4.
A statement from the organisers says: “With the Renters Reform Bill introduced to Parliament … the National Landlord Investment Show stands as a beacon of support for landlords, investors and property professionals who seek to learn more about impending changes, engage in meaningful conversations, and explore opportunities in an evolving market.
“The Bill is poised to make a significant impact on the private rented sector and aims to introduce stricter regulation in the biggest shake-up of the PRS in 30 years, but now it’s been made public what does it really mean for landlords?”
The morning panel debate is hosted by PR company boss Russell Quirk with the theme Navigating PRS Sea Change – Charting a course through the storms and Icebergs of a transforming sector. The mid-morning panel debate is Alternative Investment Strategies: From HMO to Holiday Lets, where next for your money?
The afternoon session features the Mennie Talks Podcast Live with Simon Jordan, where Reece Mennie discusses property investment and buying Crystal Palace Football Club with serial entrepreneur Simon Jordan.
The show will have over 100 exhibitors, 50-plus expert seminars and three panel sessions.
Show founder Tracey Hanbury says: “Reaching our 80th show is an incredible achievement, and we’re thrilled to celebrate it with a Summer Spectacular at Old Billingsgate.
“The proposed changes to the market are obviously causing some anxiety amongst the property investor community, but our goal since day one has been to provide an unrivalled platform that educates, connects, and empowers property investors and landlords.
“Given it also marks our 10th year we are excited to bring together industry experts, exhibitors, and attendees for a day of knowledge-sharing, and networking.”
The event is sponsored by Less Tax for Landlords, HJ Collection and Novyy and landlords can find more details on www.landlordinvestmentshow.co.uk.
