New AI-powered products targeting Airbnb landlords have been launched by property management service GuestReady.

They are integrated into the company’s existing Property Management System, RentalReady, and allow the creation of personalised, on-demand guest itineraries. They incorporate information such as property address, guest demographics, trip purpose and length of stay,

An AI planner generates a custom day-by-day itinerary for guests. This includes the top ten recommended activities tailored to each guest’s preferences to ensure what the service calls “a memorable stay”.

The new products will also enhance RentalReady guest communications, suggesting and improving answers to guest messages and emails directly within the platform’s mailbox.

According to the company, the products are part of a wider focus on AI spearheaded by a newly formed ‘AI Guild’ within the GuestReady operation.

This team is also working on smart replies to guest reviews.
