A prominent westcountry agency is hosting a free event for landlords and investors later this month.

Webbers is holding the afternoon session between 1pm and 6pm this Friday, July 28, at the North Devon Museum in Barnstaple.

Present will be agency experts and local solicitors, financial advisors, tax specialists and an EPC assessor.

Lawrence Williams, head of lettings at Webbers, says: “There is a lot happening in the world of lettings and this event provides landlords, or anyone looking to invest in a property, a perfect opportunity to meet a range of local experts who are happy to provide advice and assistance.

“Whether you are looking to switch from holiday letting to long letting, change your current agent, secure a better mortgage deal or want more information on forthcoming legal changes, we are all here to help”.
