The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme is hosting a virtual conference and training day in the New Year.

It promises to “bring you up to date with what the future holds for the private rental sector” and gives suppliers and sponsors access to some 56,000 clients.

The event, on February 29, promises to include updates on the Renters Reform Bill, compliance and enforcement issues, property licensing, the increased use of Rent Repayment Orders, and mould and damp issues as well as tax updates.
