HM Revenue and Custoims is running a series of webinars aimed primarily at those new to earning income from property of all kinds.

The next is on Thursday October 26 and will tell attendees about the Revenue’s definition of ‘income from property’, about furnished holiday lettings, when landlords should record income and expenses, plus two schemes – the property income allowance, and Rent A Room.

HMRC stresses that some popular subjects are not covered in this webinar – these are allowable expenses and deductions from property income, Capital Gains Tax, Stamp Duty, and Inheritance Tax.

You can register for the October 26 webinar here.
