Landlords and letting agents are being invited to attend a free event aimed at providing updates on new housing legislation and industry issues.

The event is being organised by Northumberland county council and will be held at The Civic Centre, Blyth on Thursday November 9 at 5pm.

There will be a presentation from the Enviromental Health team regarding damp and mould growth and an update from the National Residential Landlords Association on the Renter’s Reform.

There will be a light buffet provided and an opportunity to network with other landlords and Northumberland council staff at the beginning and end of the forum.

The Landlord Development Forum is a partnership between Northumberland council, private landlords and letting agents working in the private rented sector.

Anyone wishing to attend can book their place via https://nland.cc/forum  or email [email protected] for further information: attendance must be confirmed by Monday November 6.
