As the Renters Reform Bill heads towards the House of Lords, a free webinar is targeting landlords operating in the student accommodation sector.

David Smith – a partner at the JMW law firm and a legal adviser to the National Residential Landlords Association – will join with Irving Hill, chief executive of the student lettings charity Sulets, for this free webinar to examine the latest changes to the Bill and what impact the multiple amendments and lobbying from both sides of the argument have had on this proposed legislation.

There will also be a chance to ask questions in advance and during the webinar to get a better understanding of what this will mean to you.

This webinar is specifically aimed at those operating in the student accommodation sector.

Smith specialises in residential, landlord and tenant law and is well known for his work on new legislation in England and Wales as well as appeals to the highest courts, while Hill is the founder of Sulets, a specialist educational charity based in Leicester which advertises, lets and manages student accommodation for over 2,300 students.

The webinar is at 10.30am on January 30 – more details here
