A short lets management service is making a pitch to win landlords who let out just one, two or three properties on Airbnb or similar platforms.

Guesty – formerly known as Your Porter – says its ‘Guesty Lite’ service allows Airbnb and similar platform clients to win greater visibility for their listings, automate day-to-day tasks, and can easily be expanded if the landlord lets out more units.

“We believe that hosts even with one property should be able to maximize their investment. As the short-term rental market surges, property managers need ways to stand out from the crowd. Through Guesty Lite, we’re able to provide hosts with top-grade software and an inventory of features that will empower them to scale from a single platform” claims the service’s chief executive, Amiad Soto.

The service allows landlord hosts to list their rentals on multiple leading booking platforms, while a so-called Multi-Calendar displays every booking from every channel, and there is an option organising cleaner scheduling.
