Neath Port Talbot council plans to host a free event, providing what it calls “support and funding advice for landlords.”

The Private Rented Landlord Event – at Neath Civic Centre on Tuesday, March 19 from 4.30pm to 6.30pm – offers advice on problems like damp, mould, and the Leasing Scheme Wales.

Speakers from the National Residential Landlords Association, Rent Smart Wales, and the council will share knowledge.

A council spokesperson says: “The Private Rented Landlord Event is an opportunity for landlords to find out about how they can access essential information and resources that could be of real benefit to them.

“We know that private landlords play a fundamental role in the local housing sector and we are keen to work closely with them.”

Landlords can secure a spot by contacting [email protected].
