Aspiring and existing landlords are invited to a free Buy To Let Webinar next week.

Hosted on Zoom from 12 noon to 12.45pm on Thursday July 25 the event will focus on beginning or expanding a property portfolio, and will be chaired by the Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre.

Experts on hand include ESPC lettings chief Nicky Lloyd and the centre’s mortgages advisor Paul Demarco.

Lloyd says: “2024 so far has been a challenging year for the Scottish rental market, with huge shifts in legislation and an incredibly different market from what we have seen in recent years. With so much happening, and with a housing emergency officially declared, it’s so important that landlords feel confident in entering the sector and creating quality homes for tenants … It’s a rare opportunity to gain free access to an array of property experts covering a broad range of need-to-know subjects, and we hope to see many current and aspiring investors in attendance.”
