UK rental services provider Housing Hand is staging a free-to-attend webinar at noon on Friday this week.

What the Renters’ Rights Bill Could Mean for You will support attendees to understand the changes resulting from the Bill and their impact. The solutions-focused event will provide practical steps the industry can take to adapt ahead of the new regulations.

Housing Hand says it will empower attendees to learn how to futureproof their businesses in order to mitigate risks and meet legal obligations resulting from the Bill.

Webinar hosts Graham Hayward (Managing Director, Housing Hand) and James Maguire (Sales & Business Development Director, Housing Hand) will be joined by Consultant Solicitor Ryan Heaven. Heaven’s experience includes years of working with landlords and letting agents, from producing template tenancy documentation and possession claims to webinars, presentations and cutting-edge legal opinion.

Also present will be Daniel Baker, Head of Property Management at Joint Living, a student accommodation provider with over 70 HMO student properties across Brighton, Bath, Bristol, Newcastle and Oxford.

Operating as both owners and agents, Joint Living focuses on creating vibrant, supportive communities through single-room and group rentals. Their initiatives include community-building events and wellbeing programs designed to provide students with a fulfilling and enjoyable university living experience.

Clara Wood, a final year law student currently on placement at Dutton Gregory, will also be joining the webinar.

Housing Hand has worked with landlords, tenants, letting agents, universities, Build to Rent operators and PBSA operators for over a decade, providing the firm with insights that span the entire breadth of the private rental sector.

Participants can join the webinar by registering here and can pose questions ahead of the event via [email protected]
