Paul Shamplina, founder of Landlord Action and a contributor to Landlord Today, has been awarded â€˜Seminar Speaker of the Year’ at the National Landlord Investment Show Awards 2024.

This win marks the fourth time Shamplina has taken the honour, having previously won in 2019, 2022, and 2023.

The award, voted for by landlords attending the National Landlord Investment Shows, came after 38 speakers were shortlisted and put to the vote by over 16,500 registered attendees.\

Shamplina secured an overwhelming 73% of the vote and says: “I’m incredibly proud to have won ‘Seminar Speaker of the Year’ for 2024, especially as this is my fourth time receiving this award. Being recognised by landlords, the very people I aim to educate and empower, means a lot.

“After 24 years in the property industry, this honour inspires me to continue supporting landlords and letting agents as they navigate the challenges of today’s market.”

Shamplina has become a fixture at property events across the UK on issues such as tenant disputes, regulatory changes, and best practices for landlords.

Beyond his TV appearances and public speaking, Shamplina contributes to numerous platforms and actively campaigning to influence policy on regulatory changes that support, rather than suppress, landlords.
