A council is holding a Private Sector Landlords’ Forum, organise jointly with the National Residents and Landlords Association.

It’s on Tuesday April 29 at 5pm at Elmbridge Civic Centre, Esher, KT10 9SD.

Items under discussion will be the Renters’ Rights Bill and how it could impact you – with insights from the NRLA; tenancy management legislation and current housing standards – discussed by Elmbridge council’s Private Sector Housing Team and the Rental Support Service Team; and fire safety information from Surrey Fire and Rescue Service.

The event is free and there will be networking opportunities with other local landlords.
