PropTech firm Lendlord has launched LendlordAI, a suite of artificial intelligence tools to help landlords and property investors streamline decision-making and portfolio management.

The tools are available immediately to all users of the Lendlord platform and support deal sourcing, performance tracking and long-term planning. Features include instant insights on property listings, real-time deal analysis and portfolio snapshots.
