Specialist lender Aldermore has launched several new zero fee limited edition buy to let products for landlords.

The following rates are available immediately:

For new customers

BTL

Individual and company landlords with single residential investment properties:

  • 2 year fix with zero fee limited edition at 6.09%, up to 75% LTV
  • 5 year fix with zero fee limited edition at 5.79%, up to 75% LTV

Multi property for individual and company landlords with residential investment properties:

  • 2 year fix with zero fee limited edition at 6.04%, up to 75% LTV
  • 5 year fix with zero fee limited edition at 5.74%, up to 75% LTV

Jon Cooper, director of mortgages at Aldermore, comments: “These latest limited editions follow on from numerous rate reductions and product enhancements in recent months. We’re always on the lookout for ways to offer good value and significant choice to a vast array of borrowers.”
