The House of Commons Library has taken the unusual step of issuing guidance for tenants whose properties suffer damp and mould problems.

It’s a guide written to assist MPs with constituency cases. It stretches to almost 1,300 words with a large number of links to more specialist guidance.

The details refer only to laws and regulations that apply in England.
