Franchise chain agency Winkworth has undertaken an information update on the Renters’ Rights Bill for landlord clients.

A one-day training event in London involved Winkworth franchisees and managers and included representatives from Dutton Gregory solicitors, HomeLet, and RentGuarantor discuss provisions from the Bill.

A Winkworth spokesperson says: “With so much misinformation circulating about the Bill, we launched this initiative to cut through the noise and deliver clear, expert-led insights. By working closely with leading specialists across the sector, Winkworth offices are not only equipped to give landlords and renters the facts but are also strengthening partnerships that place us at the forefront of landlord support.”

The agency says it will be running further courses on the Bill for both landlords and tenants.
