“This relationship marks a significant step forward in our mission to simplify the moving experience for everyone across the UK” says Ross Nichols, co-founder at Just Move In. “By working together, we’ll alleviate the stress tenants often face during relocation, whilst providing landlords with a more integrated solution for managing their properties during void periods.”

And Eddie Hooker, chief executive officer of Total Property, adds: “This partnership aligns perfectly with our commitment to supporting landlords and protecting tenants’ deposits, as demonstrated by the over 1 million deposits we protect. This collaboration enhances the value we offer to the private rental sector by streamlining processes and providing comprehensive support at every stage of the tenancy lifecycle.”

Just Move In processes over 20,000 home moves every month.
