Property monitoring technology provider ResiSure been appointed as a recognised supplier bu the National Residential Landlords Association.

The association says the move reflects growing demand for digital compliance and condition monitoring by landlords as private rental sector regulation ramps up.

The new partnership will see ResiSure work alongside the NRLA to support more than 100,000 landlords and property providers with access to what the provider calls “cutting-edge environmental monitoring solutions, helping them detect and prevent damp, mould, and condensation issues before they escalate into costly compliance breaches or legal disputes.”
