A hotel is advertising its rooms on Rightmove, making them available as short lets and for long-term rent. 

The OYO Newquay hotel is offering parking and free WiFi as part of the £600 per calendar month rate for single rooms, with doubles at £1,000 pcm.

A small number of triple rooms charge £1,300 pcm. 

The listing reads: “OYO Newquay Beach Hotel offers comfortable, fully furnished accommodation for weekly and monthly (28-day rolling stays, extendable subject to renewal) stays, ideal for professionals and long-term guests looking for a coastal location with modern amenities. 

“Rooms are well equipped and include private bathrooms, work desk, free Wi-Fi, and select rooms with sea views and balconies. Long-stay guests benefit from weekly housekeeping and on-site support for a hassle-free stay. 

“The hotel features a family-friendly restaurant serving British cuisine with vegetarian and vegan options, along with a bar, lounge, terrace, and outdoor seating areas. Additional facilities include a coffee shop and indoor play area. 

“Located just steps from Tolcarne Beach, the property is close to Newquay Train Station and approximately 7 km from Newquay Cornwall Airport. Nearby attractions include Truro Cathedral and the Eden Project. 

“A one-week deposit applies for monthly stays. Rates may vary by room type and availability.”
