A new software platform claims to simplify compliance for landlords.

RentDocs has launched as a platform combining document management, legally compliant tenancy agreement generation, compliance tracking, rent reminders and tenant document delivery.

It will also store Gas Safety, EPC, EICR and other statutory documents, track certificate expiry dates with automatic reminders, and maintain an audit trail proving documents were sent and accessed.

A spokesperson says: “Our aim was to build software that removes complexity. Instead of using multiple apps, spreadsheets and folders, landlords can manage everything from one secure platform.”

Future development plans include AI-powered landlord assistance, electronic signatures, maintenance management, contractor portals and accounting integrations.
