It is easy for him to say that! Wouldn't He? A local authority rehoused someone in my property. She wanted to be rehoused 4 years later in a bigger property and was told that the current property is adequate. She thrashed the property to a devastation requiring £68,000 to restore it to meet Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018). The same council rehoused her. The property has remained EMPTY because I could not raise £68K to restore it. Yet the same council is demanding COUNCI TAX and threatening 200% shortly on the dodgy EMPTY HOME POLICY. These are the sort of properties that Khan wants to seize but will do nothing to get it into use by righting the wrongs of their tenants - Bright Thinking Lord Khan.

It is disheartening for politicians to clamour for the tenants and brand the providers of the shelters as enemies. Ever inclined to spare a thought for how some tenants treat and vandalise the same "Decent Homes" given to them.

Could someone around these people tell them that they are the ones creating issues in the Housing Sector? They created the problem with CLADDING through lackadaisical oversight functions. They introduced sit-tight for tenants even when they are owing They are scraping s21 and portraying landlords as villains instead of treating them as partners for the interest of the people that they claim to be protecting. They introduced "DO NOT PAY" to tenants during the lockdown and placed "YOU CAN NOT EVICT" on landlords. Yet they are jaundiced and MUTE on the landlords that are owed and equally not interested in the banks that need their mortgage repayment. IS THIS A GOVERNMENT OR LADS MOCKING ABOUT WITH SERIOUS MATTERS?
