Can we also seize unfit for purpose politicians, mayors, and councillors, and dispose of them in an environmentally friendly way? or failing that, everyone who runs a business, property, or otherwise ,do it with exactly the same level of competence as the aforementioned creatures, and the last person out please turn the lights off!

“the state props up private landlordism with housing benefits” No the tax payer props up vile incompetant MPs & if every working person in the Uk did their job as efficiemtly as MPs then we would be a 3rd world country!!

Its time that a long overdue campaign from orgs such as the NRLA and leading industry figures to expose Shelter for exactly what they are...take a look at their year book / accounts to see the top brass creaming off 6 figure saleries whilst the staff strike for better pay and who do they provide shleter to? No one! Not one single bed space! Just criticise those that do.

NRLA and leading figures in the industry and tried to reach out to such organisations such as Shelter (who dont provide any) and they are not interested, as it does not suit their narrative, so maybe its time to fight fire with fire ...why not a campaign to discredit Shelter and the like and expose them for what they really are!

Numerous industry people inc the NRLA have tried to work with shelter in the past and they are not interested as they do not want a solution, in order that they can continue doing what they do, which is providing no shelter whatsoever and just criicising those that do. Look at their yearbook / accounts and in particular the directors saleries, then you will understand why they actually do not want anything to change!!!!

Interestingly, all of those people who have their tenancy ended by a 21 'No fault' eviction notice as the LL has given up on the rent arrears, or they are causing ASB, but as is usual no one wants to say anything so the LL has no evidence / proof against them will all have to go on a section 8 thus, making themselves ' intentionally homeless' wont be housed by any RSL....interestingly times ahead....Shelter and others like them could maybe start funding some acyual shelter for these people as currently they provide none just sit there criticising those that do!

Various private sector organisations and high profile PRS individuals (NRLA / Paul Shampalina / Kate Faulkner etc) have over the years tried to engage with Shelter in a positive 'lets go forward' type of way, only for Shelter to continue to spew out this sort of vile sensationalist rubbish. The one who beat the school bully, is not the one who tried to be all sychophantic, but the one who broke its nose. It really is about time that the PS and its representatives fought fire with fire and exposed Shelter for exactly what it is. Ironic that an organisation calling itself 'Shelter' doesnt actually provide any, just berates and bullys those that do! People can start by looking at their annual accounts and see how much the 'top honchos' cream off before they DON'T actually spend a penny on providing any 'Shelter'
