About Me
Romesh Muthiah BA (Hons) Housing & Development, MCIH, MCMI.
As one of the two founding directors, I have extensive local authority experience in temporary and homeless accommodation management. I was formerly employed as a housing officer at the London Borough of Haringey and also as a housing officer and, subsequently, Temporary Accommodation Manager at the London Borough of Barnet, overseeing a team of 10 staff responsible for the management of over 1500 properties across east, north and west London.
In I have achieved corporate membership of the ‘Chartered Institute of Housing’ (MCIH) as well as corporate membership of the ‘Chartered Management Institute’ (MCMI).
I have overall responsibility for all new landlord negotiation and property procurement for Central Housing Group Ltd

I am one of the founding Directors of Central Housing Group and we have been established for over 15 years now providing landlords with Letting & Management Services offering our 'Guaranteed Rent' scheme for all size properties (Studio, 1, 2, 3, 4 Bedroom) across North, East & West London Boroughs as well as areas of Hertfordshire and Middlesex in close proximity to London.
