Rents are rising at an extortionate level. One London estate agent has just said they expect the average monthly rents for London two-bed homes to top £2,000 by the late summer. Surely rents have to stop rising?!

Agree with https://www.portico.com and Kenny. Students don’t want to pay rent over summer when they’re not there (understandably!) so there’s a fight for properties that have a tenancy start date in September!
