Hope some sensible and practical legislations are made The best be rather going to our useless, pathetic and costly courts , they provide helpline number to call police for both landlord and tenant to resolve the issue then and there , state must provide Emergncy accommodation to tenants who can't pay or don't pay, landlords are not running social security service on behalf of state We invested our lives savings for this small income In whole Middle East I lived there tenants and landlords are equally treated and both are served fairly by system while here I see one sided laws are made by blind ignorant idiots against landlords who are robbed by system and tenants alike , I have lost many times over 6 months rent and not to mention damage they cause and cost of fixing One tenant took all radiators kitchen units and boiler with him and there is no protection against such menace

How low they can get ? Someone spends life savings to buy to let for rental income and these thugs think it's ok to rob landlords I am 60 years old worked all life never claimed a penny from state and paid taxes all life to date now state is supporting tenants in robbing me , tenants don't pay and damage properties for that there is no law in this jungle called UK

No one from these government offices talks about the tenants, who don't pay rent for months even years and run off with property needing thousands and thousands... This has become a joke , like a lawless country now as far as renting is concerned... law must protect both sides not just tenants...
