I am the CEO of INEA (The Independent Network of Estate Agents). But my estate agency career began back in 1986 in traditional agency practices that dealt in res sales, lettings and commercial. Often I would go out in field with surveyors and later joined a farming/auctioneer agency.

Today I daily help agents bring their listings into a central shared property hub where main agents can gain viewers, offers, sales and lets from choice sub agents. MLS is the biggest threat to UK corporate agents and maybe even the main portals. With a prize IT team together we bring MLS (multi-list) mainstream to UK and overseas agents in a new and exciting estate agency and lettings platform. The last thing corporate agents or portals want is agents working together.

Trevor is responsible for making the standard UK property data feed MLS enabled creating a multi~directional feed that allows agents using different softwares to network their listings under main/sub agent relationships.

With the correct mindset; the agents who can trust and work with their fellow agents will achieve so much more than the overprotective agent who works alone and operates high portal costs (alone).

Today Trevor is undoubtedly one of the UK’s foremost authorities on MLS and often speaks at exhibitions and is often invited to consult on UK property matters.
