House of Commons issues summary of Covid help for landlords, tenants

It’s almost exactly a year since Britain went into its first lockdown, heralding a large number of measures affecting renting, notably bans on evictions, extended notice periods, temporary mortgage holidays and, in some nations of the UK, loan funds for tenants.

The summary prepared by the House of Commons library is a useful brief history of the measures, and also goes over the arguments waged by many for more extensive or different packages of assistance to landlords and tenants.

You can see the summary here.
