InventoryBase Workstreams provides vetted and professional suppliers local to your property to carry out a property visit

InventoryBase Workstreams is a new innovative network module of InventoryBase that enables anyone to outsource property visits like inventory/check out reports and inspections to local and experienced suppliers vetted and approved by InventoryBase Academy.

Totally transparent and automated; property managers and landlords can outsource property reports to vetted and trusted inventory providers across the UK.

To use Workstreams, the buyer simply needs to visit the Workstreams Booking Page, submit the property details including address, size and level of furnishing, choosing the date of the property visit and type of report plus any specific instructions and contact details.

Once a booking has been submitted, buyers will be directed to a secure page to await bids from local suppliers. Here you can review bids, select a supplier to work with and authorise the payment to be held in a virtual wallet until the supplier delivers the completed report, allowing you to review and accept or request changes.

Suppliers are then rated for the report quality, speed of delivery and professionalism. Buyers will see past ratings for each supplier when choosing who to work with, and have a direct line of communication with their chosen supplier.

Contact us to discuss how InventoryBase Workstreams can be an integrated, branded solution in your business or existing software, or if you’d like to set up an account to be able to edit and brand your own reports.
