This month sees the launch of a new office for Chase Buchanan, which is opening a branch in Richmond.
The firm will now have a network of eight offices and claims to offer traditional estate agency service with what it calls “a modern twist.”
Chase Buchanan claims to be the only agency to offer a full ‘Home Warranty Product’ to those letting properties - a policy covering annual servicing, repairs, safety checks and the like.
“Expansion inevitably means taking on new staff, so Richmond will be a mixture of long-termers from our existing offices, as well as a couple of gems we’ve recently recruited” says managing director Colin Deer.
