The Association of Independent Inventory Clerks has announced the winner of the Inventory Clerk of the Year Award 2012.
He is William Moule of Green Kite Inventories, based in London and the South-East.
This is the third year the AIIC has run the award, which asks letting agents and landlords to nominate their inventory clerk from the 500 nationwide AIIC members.
Moule received an engraved trophy, a year’s free AIIC membership and a cheque for £100.
He said: “I would like to thank all my clients that took the time to nominate me and for all the supportive comments they made. I am delighted to have won this award.”
