The Residential Landlords Association (RLA) has announced a new product: The RLA Possession and Arrears Service.
In association with Landlord Action – a provider with a long standing proven track record in both possession and debt recovery – the RLA said this is a great service for landlords who would like to use a professional company when evicting a tenant or recovering rent arrears.
The complex and difficult nature of arrears and repossession may lead some landlords looking for advice and help in certain parts of the process. Services include:
- Drafting notices
- Serving notices
- Drafting possession proceedings
- Appearing in court
- Fixed-fee rental debt recovery
