Landlords are invited to go free to the flagship property event of 2011 – the Property Professional Show (PPS).
The event includes NLA Landlord Live and is taking place today and tomorrow at Olympia, London.
The show opens its doors at 9am on both days and is a one-stop shop for landlords wanting the latest news on the lettings industry or seeking advice on how to manage their business, be it one property or a larger portfolio.
Spread over two floors, PPS is the UK’s biggest residential property event for 2011.
Live auctions will take place with over 100 properties on sale and there will be free workshops for landlords on Local Housing Allowance changes, tax planning and how to market a property for the right tenant.
Representatives and suppliers from across the property industry are attending, including the NLA’s own range of services such as tenant checks, property insurance, mortgages and inventories, along with NLA accreditation.
