The new site has been split into three dedicated sections for landlords, agents and tenants.
Each section contains guidance on deposit protection and legislation, a range of practical information including assistance on disputes, a simple step-by-step chart outlining how mydeposits works, and the latest news from the sector.
Tenants can find out instantly if their deposit is protected with mydeposits using the tenant look-up facility.
A detailed FAQs section and jargon buster has also been introduced to help clear up any confusion surrounding tenancy deposit protection.
