Private landlords who use Rentr, the property management app, can now take full advantage of a new complete maintenance reporting solution as well as new property advertising options through fresh partnerships with Rightmove, Zoopla and Studenthomes.net.
From right to rent checks to signing contracts, the mobile app allows landlords to choose which letting services they require - helping them manage any sized property portfolio.
Adam Blaxter, director and co-founder of Rentr, said: “Landlords want to manage their portfolio in different ways, it’s not a one-size-fits-all industry. Some landlords will have multiple properties and will be managing them full-time whereas others might have just the one but have to manage their tenants around their day jobs.”
The new build of Rentr, now available to download on iOS and Android, includes a platform for seamless maintenance reporting. Landlords will now be able to receive reports for maintenance issues from the tenant through the app. Then they will be able to assign contractors to address the issues and organise when the best time to visit the property is.
Rentr also has capacity for extra information to be added to the maintenance report such as images and invoices all in one place - ready for the end of year tax reports.
Blaxter continued: “Our vision for Rentr has always been to create a backbone system for private landlords - a platform where users can manage all aspects of their letting procedure.
