The next Budget, setting out government tax and spending plans, will be held on March 15 next year.
Chancellor Jeremy Hunt says he’s asked the Office for Budget Responsibility to prepare a comprehensive set of forecasts for the event.
Submissions from organisations or individuals - typically raising subjects which the Budget should tackle - should be sent to HM Treasury by February 1.
In a written statement to MPs, Hunt says: “Today I can inform the House that I have asked the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) to prepare a forecast for 15 March 2023 to accompany a spring budget.
“This forecast, in addition to the forecast that took place in November 2022, will fulfil the obligation for the OBR to produce at least two forecasts in a financial year, as is required by legislation.”

Hmm will be interesting to see "what next". Hope it won't be yet more bad news for landlords and tenants.
Hope. Strikes. Eternal.
The only 3 things we have currently!
We have hope? What planet are you living on?
Nick.
The triumph of Hope over Experience is all that stops more of us topping ourselves!
Robert. Good aspirational answer. However I fear topping ourselves is better than being a landlord going forward.
