Buy to let investors courted by prominent agency

The Edinburgh-based agency ESPC is holding an event for buy to let investors next week.

ESPC will be joined by solicitor estate agent representatives, mortgage advisors, tax specialists and lettings professionals to give prospective landlords tailored advice in one-to-one, drop-in style sessions on February 23.

There are three time slots available and the event will last around 45 minutes to an hour per person. Complimentary gifts will be handed out on the night.

The event will begin with an introductory talk and overview of the market by ESPC head of lettings Nicky Lloyd, before attendees get the chance to speak one-to-one with industry experts.

She says: “If 2023 is the year you invest in the property market, this is a must-attend event for you. Our mortgage advisors, solicitor estate agents, tax specialists and lettings professionals can answer your questions about buy to let properties from legislation, what areas in Edinburgh to invest in, the right mortgage and much more.”

"if 2023 is the year you invest in the property market"... In Scotland of all places!!!! Ha ha... You're having a laugh, right? Who in their right mind would invest in property in Scotland? Invest your hard earned cash then hand over all control to the government!!? This property investor has seen the light and is leaving before they close the door completely.
