Landlord Action boss Paul Shamplina is to give the inside track one how to prepare for the Renters Rights Act.

He’s to speak at an event organised by Blackpool property firm Tiger Sales & Lettings.

Called ‘Get Ready for the Renters Rights Act and WIN at Being a Landlord’ it’s happening on Wednesday April 1 at the Village Hotel, Blackpool.

The headline speaker will be leading landlord and tenant specialist Paul Shamplina, who will be providing practical guidance on how landlords can prepare for the upcoming Renters Rights Act and avoid common compliance pitfalls.

The evening will also feature expert insight from a number of industry professionals.

These include representatives from UKMC discussing landlord finance strategies, solicitor Luke Robinson from Vincents Solicitors covering legal considerations when buying or selling investment property, and an accountant advising landlords on the upcoming Making Tax Digital requirements.

Craig Webster, managing director of Tiger Sales & Lettings, says the event has been organised to provide landlords with practical information and reassurance during a time of significant regulatory change.

“Many landlords are hearing about the Renters Rights Act but are unsure what it will mean for them in practice. Our aim is to bring together leading experts so landlords can gain clear, practical advice on how to prepare and continue running successful property businesses.”

The event is free to attend, with refreshments available and a bar open during the evening.

Landlords can reserve their place through Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/prepare-for-the-renters-rights-act-and-win-at-being-a-landlord-tickets-1984886096747?aff=oddtdtcreator
