Molo, a specialist mortgage lender serving UK and overseas landlords, has reduced rates by 12 basis-points (bps) across its Standard and Specialist buy-to-let product ranges.

The latest reductions provide brokers with more competitive options for a wide range of landlord clients, including both individual and limited company borrowers.

Effective immediately, two-year fixed rates across Standard buy-to-let now start from 3.09% and 4.87% on five-year fixed rates.

On Specialist buy-to-let, which includes Holiday Lets, HMO, MUFBs and New Build properties, rates start from 3.19% on two-year fixes and 4.97% on five-year fixes.

Molo also continues to apply no rate premium for larger properties, including HMO / MUFBs with 12 or more rooms or units.

Molo’s Semi-commercial range remains unchanged, with rates from 5.65%. Pricing for non-UK resident and expat borrowers is also unchanged, with rates starting from 4.63% and 4.43% retrospectively, available up to 85% LTV.
