Joke yes. evicting another on Thursday 8 weeks in arrears buy buy Paul Robinson 02 September 2019 11:17 AM Learn to spell you fool. Try bye bye. --------------------------------------------------------------- I made a mistake in the post I made. However I will not apologise for my dyslexia. Up until the age of 35 it was not diagnosed. The teachers at school constantly told me I was lazy and as a result they continued to hit me. So I lost interest in school... Do you people here make fun when you see someone with mental illness I guess you do Dyslexia isn't a mental illness by the way I am not an idiot and not a fool and not stupid. I merely processed data differently to those of you who consider yourself normal. And as a result my spelling is crap and it hurts on a daily basis. It is so easy to pull people to pieces when you're not face-to-face.My wife would usually see my spelling was right but she is out today

I have used a section 21 about 3 times in 35 years, but that isnt the question. the queston is . stop messing about there comes a time when a business is not worth doing , and that time has come . stay in and feel the pain.get out and enjoy the money

Look there is power in numbers , and from the last comment there must be a lot of mad LL. the answer is simple . every landlord who is breathing should not take another benifit tenant .I walk down the street and there are a lot of vacant door ways for them to sleep in.

ok so your Specialist subject: the bleeding obvious. And the tenants that will feel the pain the most the lower class, those on Dss U/v credit . we are removing the Dss one at a time and taking no more.so you landlords get a new tenacy use your membership to the RLA or NLA, there is a year change over so get your good tenants on a new tenacy before the end of the month .

I agree Paul. there should be a minimum rent that a landlord can charge . that way the accomadation would be 1st class.and on top of that when a dss tenant gets a ccj we should be able to deduct from what they claim. that way the great unwashed may start to look after the property .

my rents have gone up. I charge more for a 2 bed room now then I do for a 2 bed house ( wont put u/c in houses) . and set the rent to the risk the bad tenants get charged more

its 8 30 after ringing yesterday and giving up as there was a wait of an hour . she has been told they have no consent to talk to us. yet 3 days ago they had consent and talked to my wife. its now 3 months and no rent payment S.D.L

We had a tenant who spent his rent, we reported it to the U/c and they paid him another months rent. 5 times we sent in the direct payment form and they still said they had not got it. in the end the tenant gave notice and left . we were told we would not get the final weeks rent, nor would we get any rent he had spent, even though at first they said they would look at it.so when I said I would be going to the guarantor for the rent they simply couldnt care less. if you take tenants you should set the rent to the quality of the tenant , as they do with car insurance , I will take any one but the rent reflects the risk S>D>L

so I am 60 and my car insurance is low , my son 21 his car insurance is high. set your rents to the risk or how good or bad the tenant is . the uni credit will never work, has no chance . Make sure you have a guarentor in place and signed before the tenancy is signed. the RLA has the wording as I am sure there are others around. just writing up to take a poor working woman to court for £5k , Do I feel sorry for her hell no its just part of this game of real monopoly.
