Online landlord service Rentify has announced a tie-up with insurer More Than that will offer landlords with a More Than insurance policy free advertising or 20% off gas safety checks.
George Spencer, CEO of Rentify, said: “Rentify works hard to save landlords money and these great offers will save them considerable sums. Landlords can spend a lot of money on advertising so we’re delighted to announce that we are offering More Than customers free online advertising with the major property portals, such as Zoopla, Rightmove and PrimeLocation.
“We will also be supporting landlords with cheaper gas safety checks. Landlords are legally obliged to carry these out annually so the ability to save money on an obligatory requirement is an added bonus.”
To take advantage of this offer, More Than customers who buy landlord insurance must sign up via www.morethanbusiness.com/rentify before 30 November 2013 and will have until 30 September 2014 to take up either of the offers. Customers will get 20% off the price of a CP12 (Gas Safety Certificate) boiler check or free property advertising.
