Further highlights include Lot 12, 15 & 15a Station Road, Ashford, Surrey, a freehold block comprising ten self-contained flats and a retail unit let to Superdrug Stores plc, with a total current rent reserved of £270,000 per annum.

Richard Adamson, managing partner and residential auctioneer at Allsop, comments: “While market conditions have been challenging for much of 2026, our recent auctions have clearly demonstrated that well-priced stock continues to attract strong interest and create competitive bidding.

“Demand remains evident where pricing is realistic and opportunities are underpinned by solid fundamentals.”

The auction takes place on October 21 and 22.
