Online tenant referencing and rent guarantee specialist SourceLet has strengthened its panel of landlords’ insurance providers with the addition of AXA.
AXA joins current providers Landlord’s Choice, RSA, Sentinel Landlord and Towergate.
The new AXA product provides cover of up to £1 million buildings sum insured and up to £2 million property owners’ liability.
Automatic cover includes malicious damage to either the building or contents by tenants as well as theft by tenants. Landlord rent guarantee and home emergency cover is also available. The product is also competitive for high risk tenant types.
