Movebubble, an online platform for property rental, has launched Movebubble Rentsign, a secure, free Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement that can be signed digitally, from any device.

The site claims that with Movebubble Rentsign landlords can create a rental agreement in minutes. They do so by visiting the Movebubble Rentsign page, entering the details of their property, their tenants and the rental terms. Movebubble Rentsign automatically creates a personalised AST, which the landlord and renters then sign online via safe and secure electronic signatures.

Movebubble Rentsign reports on the progress of the signing at every step, letting the landlord know who has signed, if anyone has declined, and when the rental agreement is complete. When the document has been signed by all parties, it is stored on the landlord’s Movebubble dashboard ready to be accessed at any time.

Aidan Rushby, CEO of Movebubble, said: “Movebubble Rentsign means that there’s no need to store paper documents, use the post, or travel to get a rental agreement signed. In minutes you can have a fully comprehensive, binding tenancy agreement for free, all completed online. Every three months our legal team review the contract to make sure it covers the latest rental legislation, so you know that you’re always compliant.”

Sorry i failed to answer one of your questions:

As stated above, we use industry leading cloud storage and electronic signature partners with world class safety and security processes. They guarantee that if any part of Movebubble changed or closed, users would have access to their documents indefinitely so that no data was ever lost.

I hope this helps again with some of your concerns. Ultimately, making sure that users have continued access to their private and confidential information is of utmost importance for us as a business.

    Thanks

    Logan

    Hey Everyone,

    Thanks for your feedback.

You are right in that we are a startup, but we treat your data and its security as our #1 priority. Therefore Movebubble ensures the best combination of secure data security hardware, software & services to guarantee its safety. We use the best data centres, which are accredited to PCI DSS, ISO27001, and ISAE 3402 Type II standards, ensuring your data is secured with the best processes and technologies.

All this means that your information and rental documents are incredibly safe, and not going anywhere. :) I hope this helps alleviate some of your concerns.

    Thanks

    Logan

Interesting that this site is promoting one of its own advertisers. I'm sure there is no bias.....

How many online rental sites are there out there? Probably 200. How many will be around in three years time? Probably 10. I would be very careful about trusting any startup with my rental documents unless I knew they were going to be around. Having tried to use movebubble, I don't think its going to be one of the survivors.

This move bubble is another here today, gone tomorrow online hype machine. Who knows how long they're going to be around? They are probably a loss making venture, relying on funding rounds to stay afloat. I certainly wouldn't trust them with any documents of mine.
