Some 3,000 people are expected to watch a live auction take place this autumn as part of the National Landlord Investment Show (NLIS).
It will be run by BTG Eddisons Property Auctions and will; combine live, in-person bidding with a Live Stream auction, enabling online, telephone and proxy bidders to participate and extending the event’s reach nationwide.
A statement says: “The in-room auction experience will give the experienced investors, landlords, developers and property professionals the opportunity to see how auctions have evolved in recent years, in addition to bidding on lots live at the event.”
The auction will be at 10am on October 28 and the organisers say the event will demonstrate how auctions have been innovating.
