Coventry Intermediaries has launched a buy-to-let mortgage with a 3.99% two-year fixed rate – but with an eye-watering arrangement fee of £2,249 plus a £250 booking fee.
There is also a lower-fee option: this is another two-year fix, but it comes with a rate of 4.25% and a £999 arrangement fee plus the £250 booking fee.

So in addition to "arrangement fees" we have "booking fees" too! I wonder what the redemption fee might be? Would £1,000 be the norm these days?
